Executive Diagnostics

Most of the leadership questions you are asked to advise on sit at one of three levels: the individual leader, the CEO and the team. We have built an instrument for each, run on the same methodology, so you can move between them in a single engagement without changing currencies.

1. CEO 360 - CEO Level

Our CEO 360 lets you bring a board-grade CEO review into your engagement. Most CEO reviews measure delivery against KPIs. That matters, and it sits alongside a question those reviews rarely reach: how does the CEO actually lead, as seen by the people around them? Our CEO 360 assesses the leadership competencies that hold in any era, and goes further to uncover how a CEO leads under conditions of chaos and uncertainty, the harder and more revealing test, because that is the environment CEOs are now operating in.

For you, the most useful thing it produces is the self-awareness gap: the measurable distance between how a CEO sees their own leadership and how their board and executive team see it. That gap is the richest coaching material there is, and the hardest to resource credibly without evidence.

2. Executive Team Effectiveness - Team Level

When the brief moves from a person to a team, the lens has to change with it. Executive Team Effectiveness assesses how the top team actually works as a unit: the candour, the trust, the quality of decisions, the alignment behind them and how the team behaves when it is under real pressure rather than how the team performs in the room.

It turns “the team feels off” into something specific and evidenced: here is where decisions stall, here is where disagreement goes underground, here is where the team agrees in the room and unwinds it afterwards. That gives you a defensible diagnostic to anchor an offsite or longer team intervention, and a baseline you can re-use later to show a client exactly what has shifted.

3. Executive Skills Assessments - Individual Level

For succession, development and capability work, Executive Skills Assessments give you a clear, comparable picture of where each leader is strong and where they need to grow, mapped against the skills the leadership team and the future of the business demands.

It is the instrument for the questions that don't have a tidy answer from the outside: where are the gaps on this bench, who do we develop and how. The assessments are comparable across leaders, so you can talk to a client about their leadership team and CEO readiness with the same rigour you would bring to any other part of the business.
