Director 360

The Director 360 covers the skills and capabilities that really matter to performance and enables productive performance discussions. 

The Director 360 efficiently gathers performance feedback from across the board on each individual directors contribution.

 

The diagnostic evaluation:

The 360 process typically takes only 15 minutes per director to complete and questions can be customised to any specific focus areas for the board.

Feedback is presented in an anonymous manner, highlighting opportunities to strengthen contribution and grow in self-awareness. There may be instances where an individual believes they are doing something negative that is not supported by others. Conversely, there may be a case where an individual does not see an issue that is broadly perceived by others.
